To become a Nurses Plus team member you must have 1 year hospital or long-term care experience. It will take about 2 days to complete the hiring process, and on the 3rd day you will be able to work.
Day 1: Complete our online application. This step takes approximately 30 minutes. It is very important that you complete the entire application. This process can be completed from your computer or at our office.
Day 2: The next step is to complete the document verification process and provide you with an I.D. badge. This step is completed in person with a Nurses Plus recruiter and typically takes about 30 minutes. Additionally you will complete any required or needed Nursing Exam(s) and Skills Checklist(s). This step typically takes 45 to 90 minutes and can also be done from your computer or at our office.
Day 3: GO TO WORK!

- Current AZ (or Compact State) License
- CPR Card (ACLS for Hospital Specialties)
- Negative TB Test Results OR X-ray results
- Immunization Records*
- Drivers License or Valid I9 ID
- Social Security Card or Valid I9 ID
- OSHA TB Mask Fit*
- Physical Exam*
- Arizona Fingerprint Card**
